Con Pane Rustic Breads & Café
Con Pane is a hidden treat, a bakery and café on Shelter Island at the corner of Rosecrans and Canon Streets.

Cone Pane is in what was once a Great American Bank branch office.
They have the best and freshest artisan breads, rolls, cinnamon buns, and cookies in town. They also prepare and serve sandwiches and espresso drinks.

My wife and I often pick up a couple of sandwiches before birding nearby at Cabrillo National Monument or the Sunset Cliffs Park overlook at Point Loma Nazarene University.

I love Con Pane! They also have a box lunch you can order that comes with a sandwhich, chips, and a cookie that’s perfect for family get togethers and such. You should include some photos so people can see how good it looks!
I’m totally trying this place today after i workout. Then you should send one of your authors with me on my hillcrest farmers market shopping trip. My fish guy is HILARIOUS and he can’t pronounce my name right. He’s totally internet celeb status.
Justin, I went by Con Pane today and took some pictures to add to the post. Enjoy.
